With over 25 years experience as a professional chef working in outside catering and hog roasting I have the knowledge and experience to make your event a memorable one.

I take a whole pig - gutted and cleaned - and set in on a spit . The pig is then cooked over the next five to six hours.The chef then carves both meat and crackling off the carcass and serves delicious pork to your guests.

Our Hog roasts are ideally suited to outdoor events and the weatherproof nature of my machines means that even in inclement weather, I can still cook outside - even if the meat has to be served indoors. I consider myself waterproof! If you let me know how many people you need to cater for I will provide a suitable hog that will ensure that all your guests are well fed.

I can provide a selection of hand made seasonal salads to accompany your mouth-watering pork or lamb, please see the sample menus on the following pages.
